Briana Marbury

 GRANTS ACCOUNTANT

As the Grants Accountant for the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, Ms. Marbury is responsible for all aspects of scholarship and grants accounting, and for assisting the Senior Accounting Manager and Controller in ensuring complete and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
 
Ms. Marbury joined the foundation in 2011 and has over 7 years of experience in financial accounting, with a majority of that time spent in the nonprofit industry. Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Marbury worked at Hewlett Packard as a financial accountant/analyst. Her nonprofit accounting experience includes The University of Michigan, Arizona State University, and more recently, the United Way.
 
Ms. Marbury holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from The University of Michigan, and an M.B.A. from Wayne State University.
