As Director of Human Resources and Operations, Ms. Rogan is responsible for employment and benefits policy and implementation, as well as overseeing the operation of the physical facility.
Prior to joining the Foundation in August 2000, Ms. Rogan spent five years as Executive Assistant to the President at Carroll College in Helena, Montana. She also worked for US West Communications in Helena, Montana: nine years as the secretary to the Director of Public Policy and four years as Assistant Manager for the Telephone Pioneers of America, the nonprofit, community-service segment of US West.
Ms. Rogan holds an M.B.A. from Old Dominion University and a B.A. from the University of Montana.
