EDUCATIONAL ADVISER
As an Educational Adviser, Mr. Read provides academic advising and access to educational opportunities to the Foundation’s Young Scholars.
Before joining the Foundation, Mr. Read worked in admissions at Stonehill College and Northeastern University, guiding prospective students and families through the college search and selection process, reviewing applications, and coordinating admissions events. He also interned in Columbia University’s Office of Student Group Advising, working with undergraduate student leaders. Throughout all of his professional roles,Mr. Read worked closely with high school and college-aged students, their parents, and secondary school counselors.
Mr. Read holds a B.A. in History from Union College, as well as an M.A. in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
