Richard Rowley
Grants Manager
As Grants Manager, Mr. Rowley oversees the administration of the Foundation’s grant and scholarship payments related to higher education, as well as administration of the Foundation’s database.
Prior to his work at the Foundation, Mr. Rowley served as Program Director at the George M. Pullman Educational Foundation where he supervised the administration of their scholarship program.
He holds a B.A. in anthropology from Brigham Young University and an M.A. in the social sciences from The University of Chicago.
