The Pathways to the Baccalaureate Program at Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) helps academically-prepared students with financial need in Loudoun County enter and succeed at NVCC and, ultimately, transfer to George Mason University or another four-year institution. The Foundation’s grant funds a guidance counselor who serves Pathways students at 10 Loudoun County high schools and provides 20 scholarships of $1,500 each to top-performing students annually.
