The Foundation is committed to supporting extraordinary students who possess a high level of academic ability as well as learning differences.  While federal law mandates that students with learning disabilities receive educational assistance, no similar mandate exists to ensure that “twice-exceptional” students receive the extra academic challenges necessary to nurture their talents.  Our Twice-Exceptional Education Grants are designed to serve lower-income students with both kinds of exceptionalities.
