How to Apply



Before submitting completed application materials to the Cooke Foundation, applicants should ensure that they meet all eligibility and submittal requirements (see FAQs for more information). Applicants should follow directions carefully and complete all appropriate application sections.  

  • You may monitor your application’s status on your dashboard. The application cannot be submitted until each section is 100 percent complete.*
  • Resume, tax documents, and transcripts must be uploaded to the online application.  See the FAQs for more information about these uploads.


Submit completed application materials to the Cooke Foundation by October 31, 2017.

  1. Online application including:
    • Resume/CV
    • Official college transcript - must include the spring 2017 semester, if enrolled
    • 2016 U.S. Income Tax Return and supporting tax documents – uploaded to the online application
  2. Online Recommendation Form (There are different recommendation requirements for applicants to the Cooke International Awards at Oxford and Cambridge.)

All applications and supporting materials become the property of the Cooke Foundation and, as such, will not be returned. By submitting an application, the applicant accepts the conditions stated on this website.
