Official college transcript - must include the spring 2017 semester, if enrolled
2016 U.S. Income Tax Return and supporting tax documents – uploaded to the online application
Online Recommendation Form (There are different recommendation requirements for applicants to the Cooke International Awards at Oxford and Cambridge.)
