Welcome to the Graduate Arts Award faculty representative pages. This section of our website is designed to provide you with easy access to the forms and materials you need to publicize the Foundation's scholarship program and lead a thorough on-campus selection process for your nominees.
Phase One closed on November 26, 2013 - online application, portfolio, transcripts, and one recommendation
Students selected as semifinalists based on their Phase One application have been invited to continue to Phase Two. Semifinalists will be reviewed by faculty representatives to determine nominees.
Phase Two Deadline: February 25, 2014 (Closes at 12:00 p.m., noon, Central Time) - online application, second recommendation, applicant financial forms, parent financial forms (if required) and all supporting documents
Faculty Representative Nomination Due: February 27, 2014 (Closes at 12:00 p.m., noon, Central Time)

You may access the nomination portal by using the URL sent to you via email. For each student, the Nomination form must be completed and electronically signed. The links below aim to help you through the nomination process and answer any questions you may have.
