Yasmine Arrington, 2013 Quinn Prize

The 2013 Quinn Prize was awarded to Yasmine Arrington, a JKCF Scholar who has created her own scholarship fund (ScholarCHIPS) to help the children of incarcerated parents achieve their academic dreams.
