Community Colleges Surprise New 2021 Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholars

Spring is one of the best times of the year at the Cooke Foundation because new Scholars are selected and amazing students get to see all of their hard work pay off as they prepare to start at selective colleges and universities. For Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholars, some community college faculty participate in breaking the exciting news by conducting surprise announcements. This year, even though the pandemic made in-person surprises difficult, many schools still managed to make the announcement special with surprise video conferences from community college leadership and faculty.
