Director, Human Resources & Operations

As Director of Human Resources and Operations, Ms. McCoy leads the planning, evaluation, and administration of the Foundation’s human resources policies, procedures, and benefits programs to ensure they are effective, compliant, and support the well-being of the Foundation and its Staff.

Before joining the Foundation in 2017, Ms. McCoy was the Director of Human Resources for Congressional School, a non-profit, independent school in Falls Church, Virginia. She has extensive experience in human resources and business management in both private and non-profit organizations.

Ms. McCoy holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications and a Master of Business Administration from Marymount University.  She also holds a Master of Arts in Professional Writing and Editing and a bachelor’s degree of Arts in Communications and English, both from George Mason University.
