Do I need to apply to schools through Common App for Transfer in order to use the scholarship there?

You do not need to apply to a school on Common App for Transfer to be able to use the scholarship funds at that institution. The Cooke Foundation requires its Scholars to enroll at any accredited four-year institution that offers baccalaureate degree programs in order to receive the scholarship.
