Jessica Kim

As Executive Assistant, Jessica Kim provides dedicated support to the Foundation’s Chief Executive Officer, Dan Porterfield. She joined the Foundation in July 2026.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Jessica served as Executive Assistant to the President & CEO of the National Resident Matching Program, the organization that matches medical school graduates and students with residency and fellowship training programs. With more than 20 years of experience in administrative and executive support, she has built a career partnering with senior leaders in the nonprofit sector.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Mary Washington. Outside of work, she is active in her community, volunteering with a local animal rescue organization and serving as president of her neighborhood’s homeowners association.
