What financial information is required on the application?

You must provide information on your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) as reported on your federal tax return from the past three years. If you are under 30 years old by the application deadline, you must also submit your parent(s)/guardian(s) AGI as well. If you and/or your parent(s)/guardian(s) did not file taxes for any reason, you must provide estimated income for each year as well as an explanation.
