Next week, the foundation will award the $1 million Cooke Prize for Equity in Educational Excellence to a selective college or university with an excellent record of admitting, supporting, and graduating outstanding low-income students. We look forward to sharing their initiatives and celebrating the success that occurs when arbitrary barriers are removed for talented students with financial need.
