Making Global Connections: Santiago Tobar Potes
Cooke Scholar Santiago Tobar Potes was born in Cali, Colombia before moving to Florida. In high school, he attended the School for Advanced Studies, Wolfson campus in downtown Miami. Now he’s on the move again – this fall, Santiago began classes at Columbia University.
