Ariel Molina
Director, Financial Planning & AnalysisAriel Molina is the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation. He brings over a decade of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and business analytics, with a strong background in both private equity-owned and publicly traded companies.
Before joining the Foundation, Ariel served as Finance Director at The Guitar Center Company, where he led the FP&A function for its Music & Arts division. Earlier in his career, he supported mergers and acquisitions at Stanley Black & Decker and corporate FP&A at Laureate Education.
Ariel holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Spanish from the University of Maryland. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and staying active. A dedicated coffee enthusiast, Ariel has also hiked three active volcanoes in his pursuit of adventure.
