Chief Administrative Officer

As Chief Administrative Officer, Ms. McCoy leads the Foundation’s human resources and administrative operations.  Ms. McCoy has been with the Foundation since 2017, having previously served as the Director of Human Resources and Operations.

Before joining the Cooke Foundation, Ms. McCoy was the Director of Human Resources for Congressional School, a non-profit, independent school in Falls Church, Virginia. She has extensive experience in human resources and business management in both private and non-profit organizations.

She holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications and a Master of Business Administration from Marymount University.  She also holds an M.A. in Professional Writing and Editing and a B.A. in Communications and English, both from George Mason University.
