Kayla Passino
Program Coordinator, Young Scholars ProgramKayla Passino is a Young Scholars Program Coordinator at the Foundation; alongside her team, she provides support to the educational advisers by assisting with Scholars’ Individualized Learning Plans.
Before joining full time in 2023, Kayla worked as a Summer Operations Assistant at the Foundation. She also held positions as a Spanish Teaching Assistant and Off-Campus Studies Fellow at Carleton College and, after graduating, was a substitute teacher for Loudoun County Public Schools. Outside of work, she enjoys snowy days, quality time with friends and family, and New York Times crossword puzzles.
Kayla holds a B.A. in Cognitive Science with a minor in Educational Studies from Carleton College.
