Keith Parker
Service Desk ManagerKeith Parker is the Service Desk Manager for the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, overseeing daily technology support functions.
He has worked in various consultative roles, supporting clients across different sectors, which included law firms and non-profits located in the Chicago and Washington D.C. area.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Keith worked at K2 Services based out of Chicago and supported various clients in the D.C. area. His tenure at K2 of 9 years allowed him to maximize his customer-focused approach and garnered wonderful feedback from his constituents.
