Melissa Fromm

Melissa Fromm is a senior program associate in the Foundation’s higher education department. She started at the Foundation in 2017 as a program coordinator and began her current position in 2020.

Before joining the Foundation, Mrs. Fromm worked as an office manager at Foster Care to Success where she helped administer scholarships, grants and a federally-funded state-administered voucher program to foster youth for post-secondary education. Additionally, she worked for several years as an executive administrative assistant for an engineering firm.

Mrs. Fromm graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.A. in Psychology.
