Natasha Piñeiros
Dean, Scholar SupportNatasha N. Piñeiros (she/her/ella) is a Dean of Scholar Support at the Foundation, providing academic advising and support to Cooke College Scholars and Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholars.
Before joining the Foundation, Natasha served as a counselor for the Educational Opportunity Fund program and as an adjunct professor for an introductory course for first-year students at Passaic County Community College. In these roles, she worked closely with low-income students from disadvantaged backgrounds to ensure their success and persistence through community college and beyond. Prior to her work at PCCC, Natasha worked in transfer admissions at Ramapo College of New Jersey, specializing in articulation agreements with community colleges. As a first-generation immigrant and first-generation college graduate, Natasha is passionate about working with minoritized students that have been historically underrepresented and underserved in higher education.
Natasha began her undergraduate career at Bergen Community College and later transferred to The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) as a 2015 JKCF Undergraduate Transfer Scholar, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies with a minor in Spanish Language. She received her master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, & International Education Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park.
