Porter Blackford

Ms. Blackford serves as the Database Administration Specialist for the Foundation’s scholarship programs, providing support to data analytics systems from the time new Scholars join the Cooke family through their term as Alumni.

Before joining the Foundation, Ms. Blackford was a project manager at a technology startup company and spent over eight years in higher education overseeing operations, systems, and data management.

She holds her B.S. in English from Georgetown University.
